Central Church acquired the iconic Central Hall, in the heart of Edinburgh, in 2011 to accommodate the growing vision of what was formerly Morningside Baptist Church. The church equally had a desire to re-imagine the reputation Central Hall had gained in the mid-20th century as a premier venue in the city centre and breathe new life into the elegant architecture and rich character of the building.
After a request to site to solve an issue the customers’ existing supplier had not completed, d3 identified an option to deliver a 90% refurb of the space with new WUXGA Digital Projection projector, new screen, AMX control system interface via I pad and new speakers all that gave a fantastic ROI against the existing maintenance charges in place.
As a referral through the trade the Campsie project team were bidding for Lottery funding to re-establish this community based project. As part of a head office relocation into a prestigious new build at the heart of Glasgow, Aggreko PLC required AV solutions for the main boardroom and other meeting rooms as well as digital signage into the reception.
Having hired AV from event companies for a number of years BIR had the opportunity to extend its conferencing facilities on a more permanent, professional and `in house` basis for its customers.
As part of Rufflets Hotel`s development of the new build Garden Suite, created for private functions and events, d3 were engaged to provide a suitable and high quality pro-audio system in keeping with the hotel`s select profile.

In 2007 St P`s & G`s Church were ready to select a suitable company for what was the UK`s largest church AV project of its day (£1/4 Million). It included the largest d&b audiatechnik E8 speaker installation at the time along with AMX colour touch control panels, Sony cameras, Grass Valley HD vision mixer, large screen projection, stage lighting including Avolites Dimmers & Console along with a ton and a half of cabling.
