Telephone Support
d3 is available to existing customers for emergency telephone support free of charge, irrespective of any maintenance agreement. We will endeavour to solve the problem over the phone or at least provide an interim solution until an engineer can be on site.

Site Service Call Outs
d3’s team of engineers are well qualified and experienced in using a wide range of Pro Audio, Audio Visual and lighting equipment.
Call outs are charged for the first hour plus an ongoing hourly rate. Travel is charged at two thirds of the ongoing hourly rate.

System Maintenance Agreements
d3 has annual & bi-annual maintenance agreements available, tailored to each individual client. These can also incorporate training packages for system operators.

System Health Checks
d3 provides health checks on d3 and third party systems for customers who don’t want a full maintenance agreement. An engineer will visit the client and carry out a thorough system assessment, test all lines and signals, repair minor problems, optimise the system settings and report on possible issues for the customer. A written Health Check report is then produced (something which can be very helpful for budget planning).
Health checks are charged on a half day and day rate, including the written report.
System Training Sessions
Familiarisation training is included in every project undertaken by d3, but we recognise the benefit of repeat or advanced sessions for clients, to help them achieve a more in-depth knowledge and understanding of their new solutions, enabling them get the best from their equipment.
We offer:
Entry level training for new users
Intermediate level for regular users and
Experienced level for specialist staff such as IT experts, audio engineers and AV engineers.
There are separate sessions on each discipline, including: Pro Audio, Audio Visual (including cameras), lighting, video conferencing, global management software, interactive technology and voting systems.

Event Services Support
d3’s staff can also bring their event management expertise to various projects, providing support for corporate conferences, roadshows, stage and outdoor events - live or recorded. We can provide daily rates according to the type of event and the experience of staff required to attend.
